Hi Bernie, yes I heard that digital station also and at first I thought it
was just someone trying to deliberately transmit noise QRM.  Do you (or
anyone else) happen to know what it is?  Digitized voice perhaps?  Just
curious.

I think the reason most of us are trying to stay above 3700 is that a lot of
guys are Advanced and not Extras.
