I have started to get back on in the 3700 to 3725 range, had some digital 
station fire up on top of me at 3710, after being on there for 45 min. never 
heard an ID, so just stayed there, they gave up after about 30 min.  yes 
also found that the sb group on 3705 will just start up even if the freq is 
in use.  only thing I know is get on there early and stay there.  it does 
look like the 3650 range is pretty clear. someone said 3663 was in use by AM 
but I have nerver heard anything there.   I will be sitting on 3705 tonight 
about dusk here.  seems like a lot of more SSB at the botom than last year.
