[AMRadio] Operating on 14.286

It is 29.000 but I raerly hear anyone there even when 10 is open. 
So I thought it may be too far for most non-AMers to tune up there 
and if they heard activity lower they may get the bug. 
Oh well, back into my cave.

I always thought that the AM calling fqs is 29.000. That is what I have been
using for years...

Might wanna check the rules and regs again.  AM isn't allowed from 28.3 
to 28.5Mc.
