It is rather simple, yet obvious.  You were operating as a "LICENSED" 
Amateur Radio Operator while you did NOT hold an Amateur Radio License 
issued by the FCC.

Do you wish to continue this in PUBLIC?

Many of those in the Logbook are still amongst those still active and 
operating.
