Bernie, et al,
    I don't belong to CCA nor do I get on 75M, (extremely rare anyway). Let 
me put this disclaimer out that I DO NOT in any way, shape, or form, condone 
this 'person's' language or how he communicates to those via the email. 
However, this person does bring up a point that is indeed true: No one owns 
a frequency and regardless of how vile they are, does not give anyone the 
right to put possession on one. Lately there has been a 'dis-use' of VFO's 
and how they work. Plus, to 'strap' this fellow would be wrong from a rule 
stand-point but more importantly, you would be bringing yourself down to his 
level.
    I'm just stating this as an independent by suggesting to move and say 
nothing of the move. To do so would only bring pleasure to this person in 
knowing he has inconvienced the group.
    Now on the other hand should this person follow you and deliberlatly QRM 
you or your group, then you have grounds for grievance and should act 
accordingly, (If you can't communicate because of the QRM, increase power so 
that communications can be readily attainable).
    I only wish you luck and hope that this person gets tired rather rapidly 
so that your net may return to normal.
