I would place money it is a home-brew,
nicely built for sure, circa 1950.   Uses
FT243 crystals and 4-pin rectifier tubes,
which are missing.   "Doubler tuning"
indicates it might be for 20 meters, using
a 40-meter crystal.  Output via standoff on
right side of cabinet certainly rules out a
commercial design.  Meters sure do look
like WWII surplus.
