Bear in mind, that what really matters here is the coil resistance, not the
voltage rating of the relay coil. If the coil resistance is substantially
different, it will upset the voltage divider. If you use more than one
relay, it could really upset things. A 110 VDC relay generally has a coil
resistance of about 10K. If you can find one of these (they are still
manufactured) it should work fine.

The coil for K301 is fed from the low voltage power supply thru the voltage
divider R309 & R310. The low voltage is 240 volts. I come up with 96 volts
on the coil.
