[AMRadio] unsubscribe issues

[WA5AM]

Instructions for unsubscribing are right at the bottom of every message sent
to this list.  I do not subscribe people, and I will not unsubscribe them
either.  I'm doing good just to keep up with everything else.  Please just
follow the directions.
