Pete, mine is different.  There are two knobs at the bottom of the dial. 
One is a 2 position rotary switch, which is assume is and in line/out of 
line switch and the tuning knob.

The dial indicator is a round display not square like the one in the 
picture  The indicator is only about 1.5 inches in diameter, but you 
only tune across 180 degrees.  No wonder I didn't find it, it was in 
German  :>)
