Hello, Jim,

It sounds like you have a Gonset "Super Six" model E mobile converter.

It is designed expressly for mobile use on the 10, 11, 15, 20, 40 and 75
meter bands.  It also covers the 19 meter (daytime) and 49 meter (nighttime)
short wave broadcast bands.
