[AMRadio] 40 meter AM freq

Hi Jack/Dan et al:

2 Meter AM last 2 weeks (target 144.320). 3 on air so far, others working.

7190 AM low power not a bad idea here if the broadcaster there really moves.

QRV here on all other regular AM frequencies.
