[AMRadio] Activity over the Holiday Weekend

While we're talking about activity, or the lack thereof, I'll go ahead and 
toss out my usual reminder to make lots of noise on 15 meters if you hear 
strong SSB signals there over the holiday weekend.

I'm not hearing anything there this afternoon, but during the contest last 
weekend, signals were everywhere.
