Thanks Jim for the heads up. Actually, I think the wattage would be a
little more than 1500 watts at 100% modulation, so it pays to be mindful of
it.

Regarding the dummy load power rating, I just want
to be sure y'all know that when the transmitter is
modulated the total power output will go up. Be
careful! A rig delivering 1 kW at carrier delivers
1500 watts with 100% sinusoidal modulation. And,
should you be so inclined, it goes up to 2 kW with
squarewave modulation.
