[AMRadio] replacing fans in BC rigs

Up in the top of the BC-1T the fans are connected to a terminal strip - 
it was easier for me to just rearrange the terminal lugs ,so instead of 
being in parallel on the 240 vac, the fans are in series.  They are now 
nearly inaudible with each running on half the 240 or 120 vac and 
cooling is still excellent.
