Are you still looking for a panel?
If so, I'll send a photo of one I have in storage.
If I remember, it is still attached to a stripped chassis. No cabinet.

condition.
Does anyone have one they might sell? I prefer only the front panel
but might consider buying your defunct rig for parts.
