Hmm quantum wierdness in the internet.   

Depending on what sources you read it's either:  

A  government plot to monitor all internet service.

A group of hackers  testing something prior to the Big Hit.

or 

The internet itself is  becoming a thinking thing due to the cumulative 
effect of millions of computers  linked together....  

How many computers do you have to link  together before they "wake up"??
