[AMRadio] VFO vs XTAL

Thanks Bry... I'm trying to use an old Johnson Model 122, but she doesn't
seem to have enough getty up go.

Some solid state VFOs, and DDS VFOs will need an extra 
gain stage before going to the input of a tube rig.

There are some articles about this on the web I think....
(for those inclned to use sand state devices)
