The spacing is not all that critical if your tuner is "flexible" in matching.

The impedance can be calculated if the diameter of the conductors is known
but I am not aware of a correction factor for PVC insulated wire. I would
just pick a random spacing less that 6 inch's but more than 2 inch's. Let
the tuner do the rest.

I continue to use Saxon 450 Ohm line in spite of breakage until my supply runs
out, then I will call W7FG !!
