Rectifier, 5.0V @ 10.3A (fil), base '371B' - looking at the pins facing 
you, base alinement pin at 12:00 position, pins numbered clockwise, pin 1 
is top right -

Pin 1 nc
Pin 2 fil
Pin 3 nc
Pin 4 fil


  The one WECO catalog I have calls it out as a 'high vacuum thermionic 
rectifier' but gives no other data.
