[AMRadio] Casters

I'm looking for a set of four casters.  The specifications are:

3" wheels
Wheels MUST have bearings (not bushings)
Ball bearing swivel on all four
4 hole plate mount
300 pound capacity each (minimum)

I've found similar commercially, but I thought before I pay new retail I'd
see if anyone has a set they'd like to unload.  I'd rather buy from a fellow
ham than a retailer.  They need not be new, just in good working condition.

Oh, these are going on a dolly for the GE BT-20-A transmitter.
