Thanks Peter for the advice.  I have used both new and used units and I
agree, sometimes these old caps are fried, but when they are good they seem
to have plenty of life left, especially for intermittent service as in ham
radio.

Rick, believe me you are better off buying these from a new parts supplier.
Too often these types of caps have been abused and fail.
