[AMRadio] Mailman troubles

Brian,

Both QTH.NET and QSL.NET, along with some 'area' of the Internet was 
being affected by some name server failure(s).

I poked around the 'net' and found it WASN'T a 'limited' problem.  It 
covered a large region.
