[AMRadio] Bad tubes?

 John has let me know that some of the
tubes I sent out may be bad.
Do tubes leak air over time?
I guess some of them do, as the tubes were given 
to me as new and unused.
And to tell the truth, I have some tubes in
my collection that have got white getters
that seem intact.
The 5Y3's seem to be the worst, I have
a bad one made by Philips/ECG in 1985.

Sorry if anyone got a batch with lots of bad ones
in it, I did not look at the tubes 
before sending them out.
(well DUH!)
