Do they do PEP readings?
PEP is nice to know, gives a real good indication
of the modulation.
I used to watch mine and knew I normally ran 
3.5 times carrier power when the modulation
was correct.
I had many transmitters that would NOT do
more then twice the carrier power without 
mods, the 32V3 was one.
