[AMRadio] Rollers

Hi All:

A while back I read an article in ER (I'm pretty sure it was ER) of how 
someone had put a low profile dolly made of plywood under a broadcast 
transmitter.  It seems there were several small casters or rollers 
used.  I have searched, but haven't come up with the article.  I know I 
have it, but I also know I have a lot of different publications and it 
could be in any one of them.  Does anyone remember seeing this?  It had 
to be in the last year or so.
