[AMRadio] FW: Latest ARRL Big Push..! Spanish Tests..!!

Whew...squeaked by another crazy proposal... The FCC would have to write 
the rules in Spanish if they tested in that language. I myself am a 
proponent of 'if you live here, learn the language'. I wouldn't expect 
some foreign country to cater to English if I moved there.
