I know Howard he has some of my stuff he is restoring.  I was able to get another etched panel from Hank Arney just have to find the time to do the work.  I was at Howard's place talking about this --he said it isn't rocket science to replace the front panel just time consuming.  I will do it.  Both Howard and Peter k2lrc keep my vintage Collins gear up and running. Excellent people to deal with and do fantastic work.
