Hello Rick,
The Ohmite model number is D-251, not D-25L.
The nameplate states: 52 Ohms, 250 Watts.
The use of the "OHMITE Dummy Antenna Resistor" goes back
to the 1930s, or earlier, when the original product
looked like a large light bulb.
