[AMRadio] Ranger Modulation

Thanks for the encouragement, Gary.  I've done a bit of work on 
broadcast transmitters and you're right, every part and tube has to be 
up to snuff to get complete modulation.

Still on the table...how about the sig gen into the mic input test.  
After putting the leads back!
