[AMRadio] An Apology

Fellow AM-ers,

My recent message (Vote on RM-11305), although
motivated by the best of intentions, resulted from a
serious misunderstanding.  In short, I was blissfully
unaware that two significant rule making proceedings
are underway.  (Yep, I live in a vacuum...tube.) 

My concern is the preservation of AM as a viable mode
of operation.  To that end, I should have suggested
opposition to RM-11306.

I'm sorry for and embarrassed by this mix-up.
