Steve:  My TBS had a black rubber grommet in that hole, apparently to keep the
1/4 wave 2 meter whip antenna from grounding out. That point was at low Z so
rubber OK I think.

I think I could mail you a copy of the card if no one sends you one  
via E-Mail.
