Is this 'rotating link' like a goniometer, ie. the axis of the link
rotates equatorially in the plane of the coil's axis, and inside of it?
Or does it 'slice' in and out of the middle of the coil, ala B+W coils?
And does "very large" = 6" outside dimension silver-plated cold-rolled
oxygen-free virgin-billet copper bar wound 10 or 15 turns 5' in diameter
spaced a foot apart on a threee-ton glass form.... or is it, perhaps, a
bit more.... conservative....?
Enquiring minds....

PS: No, seriously - what are the parameters/specs of the coil?
