[AMRadio] RF Amp

I didn't find a specific reference to this in the index, but issues 115 
and 116 have an amplifier called "Cool KW" written by Vaughn.  
Naturally, these two are among the few I don't have.  Can someone look 
in those issues to see if that's referring to a 450TH/TL amplifier?  If 
so, I'll call Ray tomorrow and order them.
