Unless I'm completely mistaken I believe that the crystal inside the holder
(a large octal based oven) is an HC6/u type. One can plug in FT-243 type
xtals in the oven sockets, or use modern style HC6/u with "fat" pins.

What is the RCA model number of the oven/holder?
Also - an 807 is the oscillator, IIRC.
And Brian Carling (on this list) sells crystals, but they'd most likely
need to be modified to fit in the existing fixture.
Perhpas someone who has modded a classis RCA rock-holder can give better
info...
