Exactly Don. I don't consider that fraud either. Unless 
maybe he doesn't have the rig available at all. 
Did the first guy take out a copyright or patent on 
the description of the rig?  Is that photopgraph 
protected by copyright? Maybe it is, but I doubt 
it. How is that "fraud?"
