Sorry about the WAY off-topic and no doubt baffling message about little 
aeroplanes.  It was meant for Neal alone but, obviously...

By the way, does anyone have the mute voltage mod to trip a R-388's 
relay internally, rather than depend on power from the transmitter?  I'm 
acquiring a gen-u-ine Howard Mills 32V-2 very soon to mate with my R-388 
and would like to use PTT muting without employing a wall wart.
