Good point about BPL, which is to HF thru VHF lo-band what IBOC-D is to AM 
radio. Promoted as 'exciting new services', these twin contrivances will ruin 
radio 'as we know it' and drive former listeners to free radio into controlled 
subscriber radio-schemes. Nice 'dual function' bonus, jamming radio spectrum 
with digital noise.

   Not even Fidel Castro, a master of radio jamming and propaganda, thought 
up this garbage. Took the ingenuity and kleptocratic desires of nineties crooks
