Astatic D-104.  Available at a reasonalbe cost at most any hamfest...

make sure you take your milivolt meter along, to check the output. 
Many D-104 heads were dropped or damaged in some form or
fashion.

John/WA5BXO devised an equalizing circuit to flatten out the response
