[AMRadio] request for info on rothman modulation

some time ago ther was some info. about rothman modulation in the april copy of cq 1952
mag can I get a copy of that info any way, the person that had that info,said that his better
half told him he could not find any thing in his mess, as I recall he knew where it was and found it.
