   Thanks Jim - I looked it up.  Lotsa really cool kinks there. But I've 
'been there; done that'...  it works okay-ish - I would still like to find 
some chemical stripper that's available 'over the (parts) counter'.  One 
company so far [www.eraser.com] sells it, but it needs hazmat shipping and 
is a mite 'spensive.

   Still looking for a "StripX" replacement (or where to buy StripX)...
