[AMRadio] AM Activity?

Hello All,

    I'm just starting to discover the joy of AM, but sadly can't find 
many people to share it with.  My search for AM activity on the bands 
has come up with naught but SW stations on 40m.  What frequencies are AM 
operators active on on the bands?  Are there any daily nets for AM?  
I've tried listening for the K6HQI memorial net on 20m, but I've not 
heard anything.
