The Heavy Metal info was on the NRC list [National Radio Club] which 
is MW, and the ABDX private list [also BC DX but not exclusively] 
that I'm on.  

I've got severe QRM that covers the lower part of the BC band into SW 
that sound like a loud purring cat. It's not in my abode, I turned 
off the master switch and it's still there.
