Neat thing about those two bands is that you can use the same 
40m
crystal for AM on both bands.

7143 X 2 = 14.286 MHz
7143 X 3 = 21.429 MHz

With a bit of judicious tweaking in the osc. you get on 21425
or thereabouts, and it only requires one rock for both bands.
