Any reason why there has to be a "group"? Get on anywhere between 21.400
and 21.425 and call CQ on AM and start a QSO. Anything beyond a three
person group is too big of a group unless you just like staring at the
receiver. 15 meters is generally active during the daylight hours. Make
some noise on AM even if it's only a CQ.
