It shouldn't matter whether the inductance is all in one choke or several 
multiple inductors in series.  A Henry is a Henry.  It's just bulkie and 
heavierr, with more internal resistance, to use series inductors.  The stray 
capacitance effects that restrict the high frequency end may even be less.
