Fine I'll build a power supply & fire it up. Had my ART-13 for some 30 
years & never used it. Bought it for $5 at a ham radio club auction when I 
was a teenager....

Oh even though most folks have cable TV should I build a TVI filter for the 
transmitter anyway?
