Well, if you are really really sure it is disabled, that's fine. 
Never know what's hidden in ye olde firmware.. remote 
config/monitor/activation/BB, etc.. heh.

Gosh, I just go the menu on my Sanyo handset and disable the gps 
location fuction! Next time I'll brake out the chainsaw.......
