P-26 Power Supply for HA-2 and HA-6 transverters. Production year 1962.

Don't know what the specs are, though.  Ask Google.  This was the
2nd hit on "Hallicrafter P-26".

I wish I was that loucky on the choke info I'm still waiting on...
