He has misspelled Prelinger. Might mislead, might be typo.

But nonetheless, anyone with 7/8 of a brain can find that without 
the archive name by typing ["voice of victory" download] into 
altavista, without knowing the site name. if you want to see 
something very cool, download 'pipe dream' from SIGGRAPH 
Electronic Theater on that site.
