10 users? I had no idea it had such a trivial limit, considering the
probable size of the machine and pipe. 

I typically have 30-40 concurrent users on my system at home, on a DSL
line! 

Maybe it's because of the FTP method they use. FTP can gobble up
resources, but on the other hand you don't have to write HTML for
linking the files.
